WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THIS PRODUCT?
Made on order products are shipped out in 5-10 working days. Actual shipping duration depends on the location.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We provide free shipping for orders above 5000 INR within India. For all other locations shipping will be calculated during checkout.
HOW CAN I GET IT MADE TO MY SIZE?
You can add the product measurement you need in the notes. Please mention the product width and length. These are the only two measurements we need since this is a standard kaftan.
ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?
Kindly refer to the size you usually buy so that our team can make the order accordingly. This will help us but the only two measurements we ideally need are the length and the width of the kaftan
Made on order or custom made garments are not eligible for exchange or refund.

The product colour may vary slightly due to your device or monitor screen settings or photography lighting conditions.
We do not have a provision to offer refunds on return of a product, however we do offer the option of exchanging it with another product or a voucher for the same amount. Returns are to be sent back by the customer as ROUKA does not offer a pick up service. Please read our Exchange policy carefully before placing the order.
